Order Cancellation

You can cancel all or part of your order until it is prepared for shipment by sending an email to customerservice@treasurecoastae.com. We will return your email with a verification of your canceled order.

Product Return

A return can be requested for eligible items for up to 10 days from the date your order was delivered. Please be sure that we receive the merchandise you wish to return within 21 days of the return being requested. The item(s) should be in its original condition with all the packaging intact. Returns must be unmarked, untorn, have no folds, or undamaged. If the items are not in resalable condition, the refund may be refused.
To return an item, you must contact customerservice@treasureCoastAE.com for authorization. Once the package is received we will issue a refund to the original form of payment minus the cost of return shipping.
When requesting a return please include the following information in your message:
• Your name on the order
• The order number
• The product name or SKU number of the item being returned
• Your reason for returning the item
Please note:
• All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Change Address of Order

Please contact customer service at costumerservice@treasurecoastae.com. Verification of the change will come by email.

Updating Order Information

Please send updates to order to customeservice@treasurecoastae.com. We will make every attempt to make the change before the order is packaged for delivery. Verification of the change will come by email.

Important – Dimensions of the Prints

Dimensions are annotated (length times width i.e. 11×17). However, all art, and illustrations were created in landscape.

Shipping Charges
We charge one fee for shipping = $12.00 for shipping within the United States for all illustrations in the matted art.
All watermarks are removed from paid art.
